It all started in Austin, Texas, at a bar with a slide. Adam was there visiting his best friend, and Michelle was there for her best friend’s bachelorette. Neither one of us remembers exactly how the banter started, but one of us thought it would be a good idea to go down the slide together, and somehow those silly moments turned into the start of everything.

A couple of weeks later, we had our second date in Sacramento (Adam swears the first was the night we met). Funny enough, we both have family there and happened to be visiting at the same time. It truly felt like fate. Cheesy, I know, but what can we say?

Not long after, life brought us together in San Diego, where we found a place and began creating a home. Over the years, we learned that true love isn’t just about big milestones. It’s about everyday moments like eating dinner on the couch, reading side by side in bed, having another “where should we eat?” debate, dreaming about our next trip, or walking Maddy around the block.

Now we’re so excited to begin this next chapter and celebrate with our closest family and friends. Thank you for being part of our story.

Tea Ceremony

We’ll be holding a traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, a beautiful way to honor family and culture. There will be plenty of food and drinks to enjoy as we come together in celebration. During the ceremony, our families will exchange gifts and take part in the traditional rituals that are central to a Vietnamese tea ceremony.

Good food and bad dance moves

The best part. Time to relax, have fun, and dance like no one’s watching. We’ll be serving traditional Vietnamese tea ceremony dishes, including seafood and other favorites, so come hungry.

We love you all and can’t wait to celebrate together!
